Registry Cleaner and PC Maintenance Concerns ?
Many people believe registry cleaner programs will do more harm than good to your computer. I personally do not think that way. From about the third time I crashed my computer I had finally had enough and the only thing that could get my pc to work for me was a registry cleaner (<- the one I use ) used in conjunction with with a good anti-spyware program ( this one comes highly recommended). Remember to defrag your systems files for speed purposes at least every couple weeks if you`re running XP or anything prior. (Windows Vista and Windows 7 do this automatically on a weekly basis)Using these two programs weekly to clean up my system is easy - 2 scans and boom I`m done . Make sure your Windows Operating software is up to date - go here -"Access Windows Update" and also be sure to make sure about all your programs on your system as well .You can download a free scanning software to get updates easily and safely from Filehippo .
If you have problems with some of the programs that "you" have installed on your system -download Filehippo`s FREE "Update Checker" . It will check for updates for all of the software you have on your system and open up a page which will give you the links to download your needed updates . Don`t worry about this site it`s very safe and does not contain or approve of spyware or viruses of any kind .
Find a Reputable Registry Repair Software Company
I feel that if you find a good reputable company that has its own research & development team with excellent customer service response and that has an easy to use interface , you have a winner for me to conduct my business with .
Look around and you`ll be able to figure out which programs come from a reputable company or which ones are free source or private label scripts and are just a repackaged old script - ones where the owners just put a new name on it and then try to resell for profits and who don`t know how the program really works or worse yet have no idea how to help you if you have problems working with it.
A couple of easy ways to distinguish between an original well designed script and a repackaged one is to look for extra features which an old repackaged or open source scripts don`t have . Look to see if they have a live help desk or equivalent being offered .
Many people just re-install windows to make things work right again . But what I can`t see is why? You lose all the time it took you to find and install these programs on your pc and then you have to try and find them again and then re-install them all over again. That just don`t make sense unless your computer is only a few days or weeks old and you haven`t done anything much on it yet.
Without a good Windows registry cleaner and anti-spyware program being used on my pc once a week , my computer gets so mixed up it forgets how to do anything and eventually ends up crashing ,and I ask you - then where would I be ?
No matter how much the computer geeks object to using registry cleaners as part of a routine along with anti-spyware for assisting in computer maintenance I find their objections laughable . Computer repair software programs - in both forms are essential to keep any computer running smoothly, safely and efficient.
In my opinion after using them and seeing the results for myself my experiences tells me they are good and I will not waste my time re-installing Windows and the hundred or more programs I have on my pc ( this would take me a month easy) just to make it work right again , when all I have to do is run a scan and click repair then everything gets fixed immediately.
No fuss , no muss.
If my computer was ever to crash at this time for any reason ( because I don`t have anything backed up like I should ) - I would be devastated trying to recover anything I could .
As for any problems you may have from using a registry cleaners - so long as you don`t use them more than a couple times a week your PC will be fine ( just don`t overuse it ). If you think you have to use it more than this be sure to check for any updates needed on your system first because many times this is the problem and you just may think it`s something in the registry.
One last thing - sometimes your systems drivers need updating also - if you think you need to search your pc for new drivers- try this program it comes highly recommended. This a product which you will need to purchase to get your updates but I`ve looked around and there are no free driver scanners which give you the updates without purchasing the product. Try all the other options I mention here first and if those don`t work come back and try this ->.Driver Robot
